Catahoula’s Creole Seasoning
Yield: 3 cups
8 ounces salt
5 ounces paprika
2 ounces thyme leaves, dried
2 ounces basil leaves, dried
2 ounces granulated onion
2.5 ounces granulated garlic
1 ounces cayenne pepper
2 ounces black pepper
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Store in a tightly-covered container.
