Horseradish Cream Sauce

Horseradish Cream Sauce is mellow, yet zesty and incredibly easy to make. It is a great accompaniment to steak, prime rib or Beef Fondue.

1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 scallions, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
