Mango Purée

This easy-to-make sweet sauce complements Key Lime Pie or any plain or fruit-flavored cheesecake.

2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and cut into pieces
3 tablespoon sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon

Purée mango, sugar and lemon juice in food processor until smooth.

Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
