Herbes de Provence

A mixture of dried herbs essential to French cooking, herbes de Provence usually includes basil, fennel seed, lavender, marjoram, rosemary, sage, summer savory and thyme.

This assortment is a great seasoning for sauces, meats, poultry, potatoes and omelets. Keep a pot stoveside for a delicate addition to a variety of dishes.

Dried herbes de Provence are often sold in cute little clay crocks that look just darling next to your stove. Not that that matters.
